The Mission Statement:“People linking and empowering people”. A not for profit organization that takes a holistic approach in meeting the needs of an individual through a compassionate, non-judgmental, non-discriminatory, approach to delivering pastoral care, financial and material aid, counselling, training and spiritual development.Over 60+ percent of the population of Logan City, Beenleigh and the neighbouring suburbs come from diverse cultural backgrounds. Some of the new arrivals have been from the Horn of Africa countries. These diverse communities have longed to be acknowledged and integrated in the wider community and needed an opportunity to integrate in the community and to showcase their rich culture in music, dance, arts and crafts, seek employment assistance, assistance in accessing other services, addressing local issues their communities face and understanding the Australian culture. The organisation was established after these needs were identified through networking with community organisations, service providers and community consultation sessions held by various community groups within the region.

Into Global Rhythms Fests began in 2004 as a multicultural inclusion to the 'Beenleigh Cane Festival' sponsored by Multicultural Affairs Queensland and has been growing in interest attracting larger crowds each year to witness the 'Cane Parade' and be entertained by diverse cultural entertainers in the Beenleigh Show Grounds.
